After the request is confirmed, payment must be made as soon as possible to be completed and reserved. All reservations are first come first served with all paperwork and payment completedPlease type your initials below each of the following statements:The undersigned is an owner of real property in the Carrington Place/Carrington Lakes Addition and is currently living in this residence.(Required)The undersigned is renting the clubhouse for their personal use and will be in attendance the entire time when others are present.(Required)The undersigned agrees to pay a rental fee and a $250.00 refundable security deposit at the time this agreement is signed. Rental fees on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are $150.00. The rate for Monday-Thursday rentals is $100.00.(Required)The undersigned agrees to inspect the clubhouse prior to acceptance and to show the condition in the check-in condition form (see Exhibit B linked below). Upon inspection after the event, any itmes found to be damaged or missing will be assessed a cost and charged to the homeowner as necessary. The security deposit will not be refunded, and additional costs may be incurred.(Required)The undersigned agrees that no adhesive materials other than the provided tape may be used on the walls, windows, light fixtures or wood trim. This includes scotch tape, packing tape and command strips/hooks of any description. The ONLY APPROVED adhesive is provided in a plastic tub located in the kitchen of the clubhouse.(Required)It is understood that a Member of the Advisory Board of Directors of the Carrington Place Property Owners Association, Inc., or a person designated by the Board, may inspect the Clubhouse including furniture, equipment and the area surrounding the Clubhouse, before and after use by the undersigned.(Required)The undersigned further agrees that no alcoholic beverage of any sort will be served to any minor or intoxicated person. Alcohol is allowed at rental functions, if and only if, an alcohol fee of $150.00 is received in advance. A $500.00 fine shall apply for any and each violation.(Required)Further, the owner and all attendees shall indemnify and hold the Association harmless from any such claims, damages, suits, including all attorney's fees and court costs that may result from, or arise out of the presence of alcohol on the property. All federal, state and local laws related to alcohol shall be followed at all times.(Required)The undersigned agrees to abide by the Carrington Place Property Owners Association rules and policies for the Clubhouse, attached as Exhibit A, as well as the other specific rules listed in this agreement.(Required)Cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to the reservation, failure to give proper notice will forfeit the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded.(Required)The undersigned hereby releases and shall hold harmless and indemnify the Carrington Place Property Owners Association, Inc. property owners and the employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and related entities thereof for all claims, attorney’s fees, and other costs or liabilities incurred by or asserted against any of the foregoing as a result of use of the Carrington Place Property Owners Association Clubhouse owner or owner’s tenants or guests.
